Author's Note: Spoilers for the third season of Torchwood. Takes place at the very end of "Day Five." Timelines have been moved around a bit so that the events of "The Great Game" take place before COE. Title taken from Stephen Sondheim's "Follies" and one line of dialogue was appropriated from an episode of Torchwood.
