I read this yesterday, but didn't get a chance to comment, which is a complete sin because this story is FANTASTIC! I absolutely LOVE it and would offer to have its children if I could! :-D
It's hilarious that Sherlock and Lestrade are so utterly clueless about their mutual attraction for each other. What makes it even funnier is the way in which they flirt, drop innuendoes, and show other signs of devotion without even realizing it. And you figure that it has to be obvious if both Donovan and Anderson have noticed! BTW, Donovan is absolutely priceless in this. I got such a kick out her conversation with Lestrade in the break room, not to mention her suffering over the sexual tension and her desperate text exchange with John.
I don't suppose you could write a sequel in which Sherlock and Lestrade get in a fight and break up? The only reason I want to see this is because it would force the matchmaker committee to start up again. *g* Okay, okay, I can live with the disbandment as long as I can re-read this story again and again and again. :-)
